The Crocker only collects personal contact information such as names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers when the user submits it voluntarily. We will never share your email address with other organizations. To make our website more useful to you, our server automatically collects information when you visit our site, such as but not limited to, your IP address, date and time of your visit, pages viewed and clickstreams. No information that may identify you personally will be collected or tracked.
We require your mailing address when you sign up for our eNews, but we will not use, sell or exchange your mailing or email address. We do make portions of our member and donor mailing list available to other nonprofit organizations as a means to attract new donors. When we do this, we only share name and address (no phone numbers, email addresses or other data is provided). You may opt-out if you’d prefer we do not share your address with other non-profits. Use of the Sites and their Content
You may download or print content from the Sites for non-commercial personal or educational purposes, such as teaching, research, criticism or commentary, without requesting Crocker Art Museum’s permission. However, any such use must be accompanied by a citation to the source of the information, including the URL “http://www.crockerartmuseum.org “or “http://www.digitalcrocker.org.” You acknowledge that Crocker Art Museum and/or third-party content providers remain the owners of the Sites and their content, and that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or posting copyrighted materials.
The foregoing sets forth your entire right to copy and use materials found on the Sites. Use within the scope of these terms does not require any further permission from Crocker Art Museum. Any other use, such as, without limitation, the use of an image for a commercial purpose, requires the prior written consent of Crocker Art Museum, which may be granted or denied in Crocker Art Museum’s sole discretion.

The trademarks, logomarks and service marks displayed on the Sites (collectively, the "Marks") are registered and/or unregistered Marks of Crocker Art Museum or its licensors. Choice of Law
This Agreement will be construed and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of California, or the United States of America without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. All matters arising from or relating to the use and operation of the Sites will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All claims you may have arising from or relating to the operation or use of the Sites will be heard and resolved in the courts of Sacramento, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction of such courts over you, stipulate to the fairness and convenience of proceedings in such courts, and covenant not to assert any objection to proceeding in such courts. If you choose to access the Site from locations other than Sacramento, California, you will be responsible for compliance with all local laws of such other locations.
