Educator Workshop: Art Critique and Assessment

Learn more about methods of assessment and how to use them in the art classroom. Participants will discuss formative and summative assessment, self-assessment, and peer critiques, as well as how to assess portfolios and a student art show. The workshop will include a tour, and a hands-on art project as opportunity to practice the methods discussed. Recommended for middle and high school teachers. Light refreshments will be served. Advance registration required by February 15.
