Fourth Annual Crocker UnCorked™ Wine Auction and Gourmet Dinner Scheduled for September 18, 2004

Sacramento, Calif. – June 7, 2004 - This year’s Crocker UnCorked™, which features a wine auction and gourmet dinner, will be held on Saturday, September 18, at the Crocker Art Museum, benefiting the Crocker Art Museum and the FOX40 Helping Hand Fund, a fund of the McCormick Tribune Foundation. Through this unique partnership, the McCormick Foundation will add significant dollars to the FOX40 Helping Hand’s share of the event process, thus increasing the overall success of the event.

Art supporters and wine connoisseurs will enjoy an evening of gourmet food, fine wine and music while partaking in silent and live auctions of rare and collectable wines from Northern California ’s finest cellars, works of art, exciting trips, gourmet dining packages and other distinguished goods and services.

Crocker UnCorked will be held at the Crocker Art Museum on September 18 from 6 – 11 PM. Standard tickets are $200 per person, Patron-level tickets are $250. For additional information or to receive an invitation, contact Stephanie Landrum at (916) 264-7843.

The Crocker Art Museum was founded in 1885 and continues as the leading art institution for the California Capital Region and Central Valley. The Museum offers a diverse spectrum of special exhibitions, events and programs to augment its collections of Californian, European and Asian artworks. The Crocker is located at 216 O Street in downtown Sacramento.
