Crocker Food Services RFP
Request for Proposals
Crocker Art Museum Food Service Operator
The Crocker Art Museum is seeking a qualified food service operator to run the Museum café beginning on February 27, 2012. The Museum is prepared to sign a multi-year contract with the designated operator for all café-related food services. In addition, the café operator may be designated as the Museum’s primary caterer, and would have the right to bid on all catered events occurring at the Museum. A limited number of other qualified caterers may also cater at the Museum site, however, the café operator would be the primary caterer and would provide on-site oversight of all catering jobs regardless of who is catering the event. The café operator will also be expected to hold the ABC license for the Crocker Art Museum site and will provide bar service for all catered events.
To submit a proposal, please respond to the following questions via the online form below or download the attachment below and submit your response via e-mail to: Randy Roberts, Deputy Director, Crocker Art Museum (rroberts@crockerartmuseum.org) by 5 p.m., January 15, 2012. The Museum will review all applications and will interview finalists by January 24. The operator will be chosen by February 6, 2012.
