In the spirit of the historic anthem Lift Every Voice and Sing, the Crocker presents a music-infused celebration of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The Museum will be open from 10 AM until 5 PM.

Not In Our Town: Light in the Darkness. This PBS documentary has sparked a national movement to highlight communities working to stop hate. Susie Wong of the Sacramento Regional Coalition for Tolerance will moderate a post-screening panel discussion with the film's executive producer, Patrice O'Neill, and attorney Benjamin Wagner. The panel will explore the issues raised by the film and their connections to the ideals of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
