When to Make a Group Reservation
To receive the group rate, reservations must be made at least four weeks in advance. However, tours book up quickly so it is recommended that you book at least eight weeks in advance.

All written requests and inquiries will receive a response by phone or email within five business days. All group reservations are confirmed in writing. Confirmation packets will be sent via email one month prior to your group visit. If you do not receive written confirmation for your visit, or if the confirmation form is incorrect, please call (916) 808-1182 or email education@crockerartmuseum.org immediately.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a tour or classroom visit, please call (916) 808-1182 at least two weeks prior to the scheduled tour or visit. To cancel your group's participation in Tour + Art Workshop, Tour + Performance and/or Artist-to-Go, you must do so in writing at least 14 days prior to the first class meeting to receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations occurring within 14 days of your program will be given a partial refund of 50 percent of the total class fee.

Scholarships
Thanks to the generosity of the GenCorp Foundation, a limited number of scholarships are available for teachers to attend a Teacher Workshop or for schools with Title I status to take a Guided Thematic Tour. For more information, call (916) 808-1182 or email education@crockerartmuseum.org.
