The Ballroom Ceremony & Reception Package includes two-hour use of the Ballroom and 4-hour use of one of the following reception spaces: Friedman Court, Courtyard, or the E. Kendell Davis Courtyard. Additional hours may be purchased for the reception time and will be based on the reception space’s hourly fee.
Recommended capacities only. Capacity may increase or decrease depending on setup.
The Ballroom is available for booking on Mondays and 30 minutes after the Museum closes to the public on other days. Public hours are as follows:
Tuesday – Sunday: 10 AM – 5 PM
Thursday: 10 AM – 9 PM
