 former elementary school teacher and yoga instructor specializing in yoga 
 for rest and relaxation. She works at Asha Yoga and Sehatu Sleep in Granit
 e Bay\, and also volunteer teaches yoga and relaxation at Walnutwood High 
 School's Adolescent Parent Program. Marks has a master's degree in Educati
 onal Leadership and has completed advanced yoga study with Judith Hanson L
 asater\, Paul Grilley\, and Richard Miller.\n&nbsp\;
