Kids Art Club: Water Worlds
For ages 5-8

Dive into the oceans, rivers, and lakes you see in the galleries. Learn the basics of watercolor painting and drawing with colored pencils and how to add different textures and materials to your art. Then play with a variety of papers and paints to make a diorama of a seascape or beach scene.

About the Instructor:
Shirley Fox delights in exposing people of all ages to art. She has taught art to Sacramento school children for more than two decades, and has served as a museum and school docent for close to a decade. Based on her life-long love of the visual arts and creation, she encourages young people to be fearless in their own ability to create art. Fox will also teach Kids Art Club: Shape, Rattle, and Roll.
