About the Instructor:
Cherie Hacker, born and raised in Chicago, is a conceptual artist and abstract painter with a studio in Sacramento. She has a bachelor's in studio art from the University of California, Davis, a master's from the Maryland Institute College of Art, and in 2000 was awarded a Smithsonian Graduate Internship for the American Art Museum.
