 ng art through stretching your creative and actual muscles. This unique te
 am-taught retreat combines the art of yoga with watercolor painting and pe
 rception exercises for a fresh take on the creative process. The yoga prac
 tices will be accessible and easily modified for those with limited mobili
 ty or who may be new to yoga. At the same time\, the creative incorporatio
 n of painting allows more seasoned yogis a special opportunity to practice
  from a new perspective. Experienced painters will find new ways to access
  their creative energy\, while beginners will enjoy an enlightening introd
 uction to watercolor. The unique cross-pollination process will blend word
 s\, images\, music\, painting\, and the physicality of yoga as tools to di
 smantle barriers to creativity\, with special emphasis on direct perceptio

 r and massage therapist. Her practical\, creative\, and accessible appraoc
 h to yoga has garnered her an enthusiastic and dedicated following. She is
  registered nationally with Yoga Alliance and is on the teacher training f
 aculty at It's All Yoga in Sacramento.\nKathy Lemke Waste is known locally
  as the creator of 'One Perfect Thing\,' a year-long watercolor celebratio
 n of local bounty that was featured in the Sacramento Bee. She served as a
 n artist-in-residence at Shriners Hospital for Children\, and has taught m
 any workshops throughout the region. She is a Signature Member of American
  Women Artists\, and is represented by galleries in northern California an
 d Scottsdale\, Arizona.\n
