Figure-Drawing-2For Adults

1st Sundays, February 3 - May 5
Noon - 3 PM

Practice drawing the nude figure from a live model at your own pace and on your own schedule in this drop-in class. A limited number of easels are available and are first-come,
first-served. Drawing boards, chairs, and small trays are provided.

$15 Members & Students (per session)
$25 Nonmembers (per session)
Instructor: Emilio Soltero
Supplies: Bring your own pencils, pens, charcoal, pastels, etc. (oil paints are not allowed)

About the Instructor: 

Emilio Soltero, Ph.D., is an art history and art studio professor at various colleges and universities. He has lectured internationally and is the founder of the Chilam Balam international art journal published by University of California, Davis. He is a muralist, with works on view at the University of California, Davis and California State University, Sacramento campuses. Soltero has authored books on drawing and sequential art.
