Monotype printing, the process of a single transfer of an image, is described as a painterly printmaking technique because of the soft and blurred images it produces. Discover the visual effects you can achieve through various inking methods and materials.

About the Instructor: 

Artist and teacher Katherine Venturelli is nationally and internationally recognized for unique and varied edition artist books and fine prints produced at her printmaking studio in Sutter Creek. Her work is represented in many prestigious museum collections, including the Crocker's. Venturelli is an adjunct faculty member with the Los Rios
