Birthday pARTy packages at the Crocker are designed for children ages three to 16. The birthday child receives a special gift and all party attendees enjoy an interactive tour of the Museum, a hands-on art activity, and an art-inspired goodie bag.
The Creative Birthday pARTy
Members: $245
Nonmembers: $290
The Creative Birthday pARTy is the basic pARTy package. Along with a lot of fun, it includes:
- 10 full-color invitations
- Free Museum admission for party child and two adult caregivers
- Free Museum admission for 10 party guests (children) and one adult per child
- A dedicated personal Party Host/Art Educator
- Choose from one of four party themes: Art Safari, Color Me Creative, Masquerade, or Wild, Wild West
- A two-hour private party experience in the Crocker Art Museum that includes a fun gallery adventure, an art-making activity related to the party theme, and time in a Studio Art Classroom for presentation of gifts, distribution of goodie bags, and celebration.

The Surreal Birthday pARTy
Members: $300
Nonmembers: $345
Suggested for 12-16 year olds, this pARTy package includes all of the above PLUS a gallery-based drawing activity with personalized instruction for participants.
Festive pARTy fare from the Crocker Cafe
For an additional fee, guests can enjoy delicious kid-style gourmet food and birthday cake options.
Booking Information
Birthday parties may be scheduled Saturdays and Sundays at 10:30 AM, 12 PM, and 2 PM. Parties can be scheduled at other times, but an additional fee may apply. Due to the high number of requests, it is recommended that you book your party at least six weeks in advance to secure the date and time. A deposit of 50% will be due at the time of booking. The maximum number of party attendees is 30, and guests can be any combination of children and adults up to a maximum of 30. Please note that 10 children accompanied by 1 adult per child are included in the package (which is a maximum of 10 children and 10 adults). Additional per person fees: $10 per child and $8 per adult.
Any party exceeding the maximum count of 30 guests is considered a special event and needs to be booked through the Facility Rentals department. Please contact the Manager of Facility Use at 916.808.0177.
