Compare various portraits in the galleries, learn the basics of drawing, how to use different tools, how to draw from observation, and how to capture facial proportions accurately. Practice your new skills with several portraits, one of which you will get to frame yourself.

About the Instructor:
Robert Dvorak is an artist and popular speaker on subjects of creativity and education and has been teaching drawing and watercolor painting for 35 years at colleges and universities in California and Hawaii. He has written and illustrated the following books: Travel Drawing and Painting, The Practice of Drawing as Meditation, Drawing Without Fear, Experiential Drawing and others.
