Intro to Charcoal Drawing Adults Lisa Ouellette

Six Sundays, July 15 – August 19
1 – 4 PM

After a close look at several contemporary works, expand your drawing repertoire with a wide variety of materials and surfaces. Through a guided experimental process, you will learn how to manipulate and compose materials to create mixed media drawings. Recommended for students with previous drawing experience, this skill-builder is perfect for rejuvenating and challenging your drawing practice. Instructor: Sarma Karsiere.

About the Instructor:

Sarma Karsiere is an internationally recognized artist from Riga, Latvia. In her art, Karsiere explores the possibilities found in the cross-pollination of traditional and digital art media. She has been teaching studio art for more than 15 years and is currently an adjunct faculty member with the Los Rios Community College District. Karsiere, one of the Crocker's most popular instructors, will also teach Impressionist-Style Painting for Beginners for adults.
