In the galleries, see how the nude figure has been a significant subject in a variety of painting styles since the Renaissance. Then in the studio, gain an understanding of basic anatomy and how to depict the figure in watercolor. Live professional models will hold a series of short poses to help you express the figure spontaneously.

About the Instructor:
Robert Dvorak is an artist, popular speaker on the subjects of creativity and education, and has been teaching drawing and watercolor painting at the college level for 35 years. He has written and illustrated several books on creativity, including The Practice of Drawing as Meditation and Drawing Without Fear.
