School Tour

Docents (volunteer guides trained to support visitors as they look and learn about art) lead custom group tours as well as regularly scheduled tours.

Custom Group Tours
If you have a group of 10 or more, let us organize a tour that best suits your needs and interests. Enjoy discounted admission and personalized attention. For more information or to book your tour, please email the Education Department or call 916.808.1182.

The Museum offers a wide array of tour options for student and youth groups, all of which are designed to satisfy key learning outcomes in the Content Standards.
