6 - 8 PM

Ekphrasis is writing inspired by art. Translate what you see and feel in the galleries into words with Sacramento's Poet Laureate, Jeff Knorr. Learn about what makes a poem, how to use metaphors and imagery, and how to relate your poetry to works of visual art that move you. Refine your work through guided discussions, feedback, and critiques. At the final session, invite your family and friends to an optional group reading.
