To register for a school program, download and complete the reservation form.

Choose one of four easy ways to make a reservation:
1. Call the Education Department at 916.808.1182
2. Fax the reservation form to 916.808.7372.
3. Email the information requested on the Form to: education@crockerartmuseum.org
4. Mail the Form to:
Tour Reservations, Crocker Art Museum,
216 O Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.

When to Register for a School Program
Tours book up quickly so it is recommended that you book at least eight weeks in advance. The Art Ark usually fills up a year in advance. Schools interested in scheduling the Art Ark should make a reservation as soon as possible to put their name on the waiting list.

Confirmation
All reservations are confirmed in writing within two weeks of the Crocker’s receipt of the initial reservation. If you do not receive written confirmation for your visit, or if the written confirmation form is incorrect, please contact us at 916.808.1182 or education@crockerartmuseum.org immediately.

Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships are available for field trips, the Art Ark and teacher workshops.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a tour or classroom visit, please call 916.808.1182 at least two weeks in advance.
